1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of https://itandstart.com and its additional domains https://itandstart.org, https://itandstart.info, https://itandstart.online (together, the “Website”) is processed and protected.

1.2. The holder of the personal data is Limited Liability Company “ITANDSTART” (ОсОО «АЙТИЭНДСТАРТ»), TIN 03009202610197, address: 56 Timiryazev St., Leninsky District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (the “Operator”).

1.3. The Policy is based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” and other legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.4. By submitting a form on the Website, placing an Order or paying for a Service, the user consents to the processing of their personal data under this Policy.

2. Data we process

first and last name;
phone number and e-mail address;
company name (if the Customer is a legal entity);
Order details: selected service, amount, order or invoice number, comment;
technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, pages visited.

2.2. Bank card data (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) is not received, processed or stored by the Operator. It is entered on the acquiring bank’s secure page and processed by the bank in accordance with PCI DSS. The Operator only receives the payment result and a masked card number from the bank.

3. Purposes of processing

receiving and processing requests and Orders, concluding and performing the agreement;
processing payments and refunds;
sending payment confirmations and Order status notifications;
responding to user enquiries;
improving the Website and analysing traffic in anonymised form;
complying with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, including tax law.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, on the need to conclude and perform an agreement to which the data subject is a party, and on the Operator’s legal obligations.

5. Disclosure to third parties

5.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except:

the acquiring bank and payment systems, to process payments and refunds;
the hosting provider and e-mail services, to operate the Website;
public authorities, on grounds provided by law.

5.2. Cross-border transfers take place only where necessary to perform the agreement and with adequate protection of the data.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes of processing and no longer than 3 (three) years from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for accounting records). After that, the data is destroyed or anonymised.

7. Data protection

The Operator applies organisational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted staff access, backups and protection against unauthorised access.

8. User rights

to obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
to request correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or unlawfully processed;
to withdraw consent by writing to kuznec9870@gmail.com;
to complain to the competent personal data protection authority or a court.

Requests are handled within the time limits set by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. Cookies

The Website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and may use analytics cookies for anonymised visit statistics. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings; some features may then not work properly.

10. Changes to this Policy
